In this paper some of the difficulties that influence the appropriation of the discourse of human rights in schools are discussed. Supported in critical narrative ethnography of teachers and students is analyzed belonging to a high school. The reconstruction on the importance of the principle of minority as support the aims and strategies that are used today in shaping adolescent identifies. The importance of this principle is that it regulates the management of coexistence in high school opposed to a human rights approach to meaning. Deepening the understanding of their nature allow us to identify some of the challenges faced in training processes and intervention teachers.
