This article presents results on the investigation performed on the Centro de Capacitación para el Trabajo Industrial (Cecati) 110, specialized in training workers for the industry; this school offers the on line English program Tell Me More. The research was performed bias a qualitative research using a descriptive method through personalized interviews; the evaluation of the communicative competence was done with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages format. The interviews also showed the students' perception on the use of this interactive platform, the difficulties faced by them, and the possible suggestions to overcome them. The findings demonstrate that the students didn't improve their communicative skills either by the lack of self-discipline and lack of support by either the tutor or the school during their learning process. The author recommends a full commitment on behalf the school to provide the students with the necessary tutoring and the interactive spaces that will contribute to the Input required improving the communicative competence.
