We analyze the pedagogical practice's reflections of practicing teachers who participated in a postgraduate education course during the second half of 2011. We selected texts produced by all students during the process, and previous and emerging categories that reflect how students made meaningful connections between pedagogical knowledge and their teaching practices were established. We concluded that teachers' reflection on their practice allowed them to build knowledge about and from their own realities; however, it is possible to go beyond from what was achieved in this experience, if delving into one's pedagogical actions description, and if it tends towards the training of a reflective practitioner through joint and cross-cutting efforts in programs focused in continuous training of teachers.
