This article presents the results of the interviews to 25 psychology professors -who teach theory and practice- regarding how they consider the assessments of learning. They were selected because students graded them as good teachers. The following results are a sample of a broader study with the purpose of determining their educational views i.e. how do they define education, its aims, learning and evaluation? The article uses these evaluation views to challenge the current trends that focus on accreditation and certifying knowledge.
