Abstract

Elegibility is a qualifying statement meaning the possibility of being elected within a representative, democratic, federal Republic; the existence of elected office is understood, which should be renewed every three or six years in authentic, free and periodical elections. At the federal or local level every office is determined by the requisites spelled out by the Mexican Constitution and the Jalisco State Constitution.
