This paper shows a model to manage, coordinate, and evaluate processes to design educational programs. This alternative enrich traditional methodologies for curriculum design by means of integrating formal aspects from Software Engineering process model (Boehm's Model), and the CMMI model (Capability Maturity Model Integration). We asses this model -including its generated filling-formats- using a method for conceptual studies validation.
