The proposed objective focuses on tracing a brief historical reconstruction of the emergence and current state of the Public Treasury since the first Constitution of the State of Mexico. The analysis confirms the mutability of the HP whose traditional functional separation has been gradually replaced until its extinction. Key moments are identified in the evolution of legal studies on the subject until finally reaching the suppression of the sections of the Constitution dedicated to these purposes.
