Abstract

In this work the processes of water governance are analyzed from the intervention of the different social actors and institutional mechanisms developed for making decisions on the use and exploitation of water. The study was developed in the territory of El Cangrejo micro-basin, municipality of Autlán de Navarro, Jalisco. The theoretical-methodological approach proposed by Hufty (2004), called analytic framework of governance (AFG), was used.
