In this paper a new architecture for development of Web-Based Education systems is presented. The se systems are centered in the learner and adapted to their personals needs in intelligent form. The architecture is based on the IEEE 1484 LTSA (Learning Technology System Architecture) specification and it assembles to software development and instructional design patterns. On the one hand, the software development pattern is supported under a Multi-Agents System, it employs the methods and technical of the Domain Engineering for development of IRLCOO (Intelligent Reusable Learning Components Object Oriented). IRLCOO are a special type of Sharable Content Object according to SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reusable Model). On the other hand, the instructional design pattern incorporates a mental model as the Conceptual Maps to transmit, build and generate appropriate knowledge to this educational environment type.
