The second order differential equation solution, which mathematically represents the dynamic of altern current generating machines, requires an algorithm for its solution. The computer machine language translation of step-by-step method for the solution of swinging equation which represents the dynamic generator, allows the analysis of electrical networks when are subject to sudden changes that motive oscillation of frequency and therefore tension. The algorithm is based on the fact of the possibility to obtain a new value of the ä (delta) angle, as long as its value is known in the preceding interval and its accelerating power is known in the new study in terval. With the support of Mathlab software, it is possible to accomplish end less number of runs with many different values and system parameters, as well as time opening of circuit breakers. As a result, the program plots a curve that shows the oscillation tendency.
