SANCHEZ-SANTILLAN, N.; SIGNORET-POILLON, M. and GARDUNO-LOPEZ, R.. La Oscilación del Atlántico Norte: un fenómeno que incide en la variabilidad climática de México. Ing. invest. y tecnol. [online]. 2006, vol.7, n.2, pp.85-95. ISSN 2594-0732.
The North Atlantic Oscillation es a climatic phenomenon that affects this region of the Herat, but that by effect of teleconnections, influences areas located far beyond its area of direct action, Duch as the tropical waters of India and the Pacific Ocean. Current research on this event try to establish its likely relationship with the ENSO (El Niño/Southern Oscillation), besides the impact that the growing atmospheric concentration of greenhouse has on its rhythm and intensty. Atmosphere dynamics factors concerning the phenomenon, such as solar energy, movement of large air masses and atmospheric pressure are also analyzed.
Keywords : North Atlantic Oscillation; climatic variability.
