This article analyzes the rightfulness situation in people aged 60 and over residing in municipalities with high degree of aging of the State of Mexico, using information obtained from the Census of Population and Housing 2012. This regression has used binary logistic. Stresses that the main constraints to an adult counts with insurance are having between 60 and 79 years of age, being married or living with a partner, living in an urban area, have some type of income and literacy, while people who are not literate or who live in rural areas are less likely to have some kind rightfulness.
