The objective of this work is to analyze some statistical data on migration and the habitual displacements of the population based on censual data for 2000 and 2010, which offer a very valuable perspective both of the profile of the migration phenomenon as well as the main socio-demographic characteristics of the migrant population. In order to carry out this analysis data of the variables and dimensions of displacements of populations according to place of birth and their residence five years before the census. Making use of the matrixes and ratios we will be able to locate the ejecting and recipient states based on the mobility of the population, as well as identify the individual characteristics of the migrant population. The censual sample allows having updated information on the quotidian interchanges of working population between municipalities and states of Mexico.
