This article presents a case study about agricultural labour market where migrant labour force plays a relevant role. The Valle de Uco, in the province of Mendoza, Argentina, migrant workers stay for intermittent periods in productions that are strongly integrated with international markets that have undergone an intense process of restructuring exemplified by wine production. The article seeks to analyze the most significant features of this labour market and describe the workers' profile, their trajectories (origin, frequency and duration of stay), how they become recruited, their work conditions in the destiny market, and how these more recent occupations articulate with those previously held, in their place of origin. This research uses a qualitative approach based on in-depth interviews with migrant workers and other informants related to the production activities.
