This paper analyzes the effect of the dynamics of the rate of growth and the migration m the present federal electoral districts of Michoacán, to expiam the population imbalance in which they were in 2005, product of the use of data with loss of use when using the data of the 2000 census, as well as emphasizing the implications of demographic dynamics m the process of electoral districting that it is the base of the political representation of the citizens.
