The violence is not produced of form random but it's born of a culture of familiar, social, economic and political conflicts, and as a rule of the globalization that at the same time permeates the different ways of life in the society, where the youths with their own life style are catalogued as delinquent, being their objective to create their world and be culturally estranged of a society that they have not manufactured, victims of the social discrimination and excluded of the important decisions they has been carried to a uncertain future and without plans or life projects, considerate unable to be adapted to the social means and taking as alternative to survive the delinquency as immediate solution to their needs. The easy access to the drugs, the lack of employment opportunities, health, education and spaces for the culture and the sport, the familiar breakup, the impunity, among other factors, integrate the context in the one which born and grows the Mexican youth of the XXI century.
