In this analysis of fundamental factors that explains the housing cost and tries to verify the association with the existing indicators of our country. There is proved the possible direct association for the long term between the housing cost and the construction cost, or vice versa between the cost of use and the rate of the stock market for the period january, 1980 to april, 1984. The empirical method of these hypothesis is less because of the lack and weakness of the existing indicators. The importance to improve the base information and methodology of the facts of real state sector in Argentina turn fundamental, to avoid possible sources of incomplete information of the real state sector, that could affect the normal development of the financial system.
