ln the Metropolitan Zone of the Valley of México will continué its demographic growth during the next 20 years. The increase in population, the complex of the urban structure, the modernization of real state and the action of the real state promoters and the popular sectors devoid of housing will pressure over available land for construction, that only could be at the rural periphery or through density of the area already developed. If the present pattern of territorial growth continues, we will improve rapidly the ecology thresholds, in particular, the available of adequate soil, provision of potable water, capacity of the use of rain water, and the environment potential.
