This article presents the work carried out in the translation, cultural adaptation, and validation of the questionnaire on the use and perception of the spectrum of teaching styles in physical education, for the Spanish-speaking educational setting. The participants were a sample of 325 physical education teachers. Following factorial analysis, exploratory and confirmatory analyses, the Spanish version of the questionnaire retains the factorial structure of the original questionnaire, with similar psychometric properties. In conclusion, the questionnaire can be applicable and useful for evaluating the teaching styles of physical education teachers in the Spanish-speaking culture.
