Abstract

This article shows the process and context of applying a teaching strategy in a workshop on the Methodology of Quantitative Research. The course is part of the undergraduate degree program in Pedagogy at Universidad Veracruzana, and is based on three transforming elements of learning: complex thought, association with research, and the use of information and communication technologies. The analysis of results is of a descriptive nature, both quantitative and qualitative. To conclude, an evaluation is made of the positive changes generated in student learning, as well as the limitations of the strategy employed.
