Abstract

NAVARRO ARREDONDO, Alejandro. Forming the Agenda in the Enciclomedia Program's: Transition to Digital Skills for All. RMIE [online]. 2011, vol.16, n.50, pp.699-723. ISSN 1405-6666.

The objective of this project is to offer a series of considerations regarding the process of forming an agenda, particularly in the Enciclomedia program's transition to Digital Skills for All. The first section presents three theoretical models for forming an agenda. The second section applies the combined model for forming an agenda to explain the selection of alternatives for resolving the transition between the two programs. The third section offers a series of comments about the usefulness of the models for forming an agenda, in order to analyze changes in educational programs in Mexico.
