The objective of this project was to promote a participative process among teachers who are faced with students' manifest violence in their daily reality. The purpose of the exercise was to reach consensual proposals for solutions in the specific case of the Internado Varonil school. This school offers integral elementary education for minors in special situations who cannot live with their families. The process allowed the teachers to reflect on forms and styles of supervision and communication, their interactions, and their individual and group responsibilities in managing the problem. The teachers recognized their failings and their resources, prepared a joint plan of work, and began a process of self-training.
