The present essay has as an end to provide a perspective to approach and comprehend the enterprising organizations from the processes of meanings they generate on the base of a complex and mobile panorama. It will allow understanding, on the one side, the complex frameworks of sense and relation which appear among the subjects involved in the enterprise and the productive-formal structures of it, with the options of intervention that the large companies can present by means of the understanding of the symbolic forms present inside the organization's different levels.
