Resumen

This paper is divided into four parts. The first one gives a general context about the three words in its title. The second part analyzes a proposal to link peace and development, namely, the one made by UNDP on human security and the difficulties to get it. The third one deals with some prognoses in which links between the three words are more evident. Finally, the forth part is dedicated to topics that remain open to further discussion.
