The analysis done along this text has the object to explain how priistas governor elites are made in the succession of the executive of the State of Mexico. This project pretends to show trough a brief revision of the elites' theory the conception of this concept. This study allows to recognize the main political characters, as well to show that personal relationships as: friendship, family and work that make possible to get access to different charges and taking part in these governor "elites".
