Abstract

DE LA CERDA, Alejandra et al. Evaluación de la susceptibilidad a la oxidación microsomal de una serie de análogos de nifedipina. Rev. Soc. Quím. Méx [online]. 2000, vol.44, n.4, pp.275-280. ISSN 0583-7693.

The synthesis and microsomal oxidation rate of nifedipine and 27 analogues are reported. It was found an important influence of the electronic effect of aromatic substituents on the oxidation rate. Of the 1,4-dihydropyridines studied, the 2,3-difluorophenyl analogue was the least susceptible to oxidation.

Keywords : nifedipine; derivatives; synthesis; microsomal oxidation.
