The hydrotalcites Mg-Al-CO₃, Ni-Al-CO₃, Co-Al-CO₃ y Cu-Mg-Al-CO₃ were prepared by classical methods and microwave irradiation. The evaluation of the catalytic activity of calcined hydrotalcites in ring opening of styrene oxide using trimethylsilyl cyanide and pyrrolidine was performed.
