In this work, the reproduction schemes of Karl Marx are taken as a starting point. The crisis is analyzed, understood as a surplus of the production means that the system can not absorb. It is shown that the crisis can't be eliminated by the agents because they, guided by the differential of the profit rate, not only they don't solve it but also make it deeper. For having the system reproduced for some periods, it is necessary the performance of what we have called the Surplus Assignment Center (SAC). Its function -unlike the market- is the reassignment of one part of the surplus, from the majority sector to the one with the less profit rate. With this action, the surplus of the production means can be absorbed. In this analysis, the technique performs a main role in the results which are obtained. It is analyzed the case when the organic composition of the sector that produces means of production is bigger than the one that produces inputs. In this context, the intervention of the SAC is useful so as to have the system reproduced some more periods, but, again, it is reached a crisis unless the SAC decides a consumption to get to the balanced growth of V. Newmann. The idea that we try to give is that a guided economy by the obtaining of maximum accumulation leads to crisis except in a special case: to make that the system gets started again, it needs the intervention of a central agent.
