In this article the incorporation of spanish women in political parties and representative institutions is analyzed. The argumentation is developed by means of the measures imposed according to their own party organization and on those institutional areas where representation for women has been obtained. As a matter of example, the political parties PSOE and PP are analyzed in order to find out how deep real femenine integration is put on practice or if only it is imposed as a political interest.
