The changes of the feminine participation in the enterprise and political laboral scope and in the superior education in Mexico and the world are analized in this work. Using as a base the statistical data processing, the opportunities and obstacles for the development of the women in the indicated spheres are exposed, in addition to the transformations and inertias that occur so much in the institutional and organizacional scope like in the one of the appreciations and values of all citizens.
