The present article makes a critical analysis on the theory of the political culture, starting off on the fact that throughout the history of the political interpretation, the theory of the government form has uses the diverse reasoning to explain the existence of a certain government in a society. Although for a few decades a remarkable accent in the cultural theories has been put, which emphasize the importance of the political culture of a society to determine their form of government.
