QUIROGA EROSTEGUI, Celeste. Approaches to the right to land from a gender perspective: a place of resistance, care and collaborative learning in Valle Alto, Cochabamba. Perf. latinoam. [online]. 2021, vol.29, n.57, pp.143-166.  Epub 06-Set-2021. ISSN 0188-7653.  https://doi.org/10.18504/pl2957-006-2021.

Being a peasant, producer, indigenous and union leader woman brings together plural identities with vague boundaries which make a separation between each other difficult. The experiences of these women surrounding the law and public policies have made them homogenized or invisible; however, their subjectivity gives light to understand their realities and act within them. This article aims to share, from a socio-legal approach, an analysis of power dynamics and strategies in the exercise of human rights of women who work and live off the land. The fieldwork, carried out through the framework of the participatory action research methodology, has implied putting the participation of the people involved in a collaborative process of legal empowerment at the center. Taking the land as a meeting point, through sisterhood and associativity, they find opportunities to grow in challenging contexts.

Palavras-chave : woman; land; political participation; care; collaborative learning.
