Interpellation or Autonomy. The case of Nikkei Identity in the Argentinean-Japanese Community. The concept of nation related to the migratory predicament is analyzed. In a theoretical point of view, an ideological interpellation figure is recovered, raising two possible deflections: identification and the concerning interpellations. In the empirical research, Nikkei identity is studied as an historical phenomenon of Japanese migration to Argentina. Thus, the question about the way in which national interpellations on immigrants and their descendants operate is raised. Finally, a debate on the way in which communitarian institutionality at an intermediate level can create conditions of autonomy.
