This article explores the presence of the terms reproductive health, gender, and sexuality in Mexican anthropology final papers and graduate thesis from 1995 to 2005. A historical analysis of three processes which have developed at an international level in the last decades of the twentieth century (the movement from family planning to reproductive health, theformation of women's studies programs which later become gender programs, and the creation of new theoretical frameworks studying human sexuality) is done based on a sample of 140 Anthropology Masters and Doctoral research titles.
