Against those theses stating that Kant offers impoverished, unoriginal or timorous versions of republicanism, tolerance and Enlightenment, in this paper I argue that such kantian versions are, regardless how nuanced, basically biased, and they are ultimately based on the co-implication between Morality and the constitutional and Republican Rule of Law.
