Abstract

Development planning, in whichever aspect, as a State attribution which rules the economical and social life of the country, in Mexican experience has run a long way starting legally in 1929, perhaps oldest of the Latin American region, even when marked by unfinished projects, most of them short-term and lasting for not more than six years, most of them unconnected, expansive in their moment for the National Fundings, with meager results, almost every cases, comparing them their ambitious goals widely publicited in order to secure their social acceptance. So, starting with a documental revision this document marks as objective, to aboard the most relevant experiences that in the context of Mexico' regional development planning, has been implemented during the last century.
