The newest modern agriculture nsssidtibadstateinfospeller in Brazilian territory (Middle West and Northern regions) have caused deep changes in transport modalities (railway, roadway and waterway) and telecommunication networks. Places and regions loose their relative self-government and become submitted to the global agents. Production, credit, supplying and consumption are regulated from outside, distorting localand regional public policies. Thus results in a new territory organization and a more corporate use of transport and telecommunication systems. The territory breaks up and obstruct a national project. We propose to analyze the soybean logistics, aiming to develop na essay on corporate mobility systems as a mean to reach social justice in Brazilian planning.
