This article presents the results of the consumption profile of the healthy food in Monterrey, made by the application of a poll and a Factor Analysis. This last one allows to explain the correlation between the observed variables, in terms of a smaller number of variables not observed called factors. The objective was to learn the perception that the teenagers have over the health risk that exists among their daily food. One of the main results of the investigation was that the adolescents have an unclear perception of what would a healthy alimentation could be.
