The role of the expert food is essential. The recent food crises occurred in Spain as well as problems of overweight and obesity in the population, have given way to many studies, giving emphasis to research on the expert's role. Since multi-intended "hear" the perspective of the social researchers even though they may at times question some of the hegemonic consolidated budget experts.
