This paper presents the results of an investigation, inspired by environmental pragmatism, on the patterns of agreement that students of Tourism Management of the Universidad del Mar, Mexican tourists visiting Huatulco, and Huatulco's tourism workers show about the articles 3, 1.5 and 5.4 of World Code of Ethics for Tourism. In order to do that, it was applied a methodology in two phases: qualitative (deep interviews), and quantitative (surveys).
