This article explores the relationship between work and its forms of circulation in work places. In this relation several mechanisms are put into operation, whose function is to crystallize the knowledge generated from work, dispersed and circulating, in order to be converted into norms of performance and quality. The objective is to analyze how the standardization of productive knowledge is a hegemony pro-cess, considered as the interface between the transfer of knowledge and the integration forms of work-ers into work spaces.
