One of the principal aspects of Juan García Ponce’s narrative is the meticulous exploration of the intimate life of his characters and the relationships between them. These relationships are almost always marked by sensations and emotions which sometimes lead to love and sometimes to erotism. This article is dedicated to the analysis of these affective movements in the writing of Juan García Pone.
