Among the issues that are discussed in this article are problems related to sexuality and reproduction of immigrants women from Baja California, where manifest inequities in relation to other young women, such as greater problems caused by sexually transmitted diseases and higher levels of pregnancies, -usually unplanned- among women, which at the same time has implications such as higher frequencies of early school leavers, involuntary leaving of home, and other family problems, all that affects negatively the health of young migrants and their living conditions in general. Health care, which can help to mitigate undesired effects of this situation, also received lesser extent by young women immigrants, which jointly with unfavorable socioeconomic conditions in which they live and/or have a lesser extent with family and social support networks, makes them a population more vulnerable and needy of social work that cares about their sexual and reproductive issues.
