Abstract

Direct and indirect obtained in 2000 and 2005 is used to analyze productive organization in the industrial conglomerate comprising the Valle de Guadalupe wine cellars and their wine growing and producing and enological practices to produce a high quality red wine, as a main factor in developing product differentiation that not only enables them to compete at the international level but also to influence the economic development of their surroundings.
