The essay intends to demonstrate the predatory character of civilizations, in general, on the basis of a critical hermeneutical analysis of peoples and their peripheral cultures. The work focuses on western civilization, as a paradig, and its universalizing trend through the capitalist production regime, which we live today in its globalization phase. Taking into account the harmful effects arising from its expansion without limits.
