Abstract

LENGUITA, Paula. Las relaciones de teletrabajo: entre la protección y la reforma. Argumentos (Méx.) [online]. 2010, vol.23, n.64, pp.245-263. ISSN 0187-5795.

In this article we will address remote work (telework), assuming it as a renewed manifestation of work at home. In such sense, the antecedent normative principles of this recent expression of the external labor are reviewed, in order to affirm labor rights. As will be seen in the course of this text, is a necessity to consider explicit protections, to fight the negative effects that this innovation implies, refering to professional isolation and union atomization, since it is a model that could extend beyond the geographic and economic boundaries that today has the traditional work at home.

Keywords : remote work; rights; union.
