The objective of this article is to analyze the evolution and development of derivatives instruments in Mexico, like a hedge or dangerous instruments, for the reflection of their actual situation, principals actors, and the possible implications of their operations and impact in globalization financial markets, considering their nature and own essential functions, and proposing some possible strategic actions, with the consideration of this study results.
