This research inquires into the renewal of the labor conflict in Argentina. It manages to reveal whether it is the new economic, political and institutional environment open since 2003 or is the actors' patterns and strategies to take advantage, resist or adapt to the neoliberal reforms, the most suitable variable to explain this revitalization of this type of conflict
