Resumo

The present report describes a case of a glioblastoma which affected both thalamic regions, mainly in the left side. Contrast MRI showed lesions situated in both thalamic regions having no continuity between each other. The patient was operated and a subtotal resection of 60% in both tumors was made. The histopathological study reported Glioblastoma Multiforme.
