Must of the patients with epilepsy have a normal life. However in a high percentage they might suffer an obsessive compulsive conduct change and the diagnosis between epilepsy and psychiatric illness became confused. The conduct changes one of different types and in necessary to make a careful study of EEG and other as magnetic resonance to have a complete diagnosis. Millions of patients suffer epilepsy more than one million in Mexico many without any treatment. Is necessary to make the different study in this patients.
